On record
- Under a 2006 agreement with the Portuguese state, works went on long-term loan to the Centro Cultural de Belem.
- Three banks sued to recover debts of almost 1 billion euros, seeking to seize 75 percent of the collection, which had been pledged as collateral. Proceedings began in 2017.
